Reneix és un disc important dins la trajectòria d’Opció K-95 perquè representa el retorn de la banda després d’un llarg període sense publicar material nou. Després de Terra Cremada (2004), van passar sis anys fins que el grup va tornar amb aquest quart treball.

Musicalment, Reneix mostra una evolució respecte als primers treballs. El grup manté les arrels Oi! i streetpunk, però el so és més contundent i incorpora una major influència del hardcore/Oi!-core. Algunes ressenyes de l’època destacaven precisament aquesta evolució respecte al so més clàssic dels primers discos.

Opció K-95 ha tornat de les cendres, amb una nova formació i amb la voluntat de tornar a defensar les seves cançons davant del públic.

Reneix is an important record in Opció K-95’s history because it represents the band’s return after a long period without releasing new material. Six years had passed since Terra Cremada (2004) before the band returned with this fourth album.

Musically, Reneix shows an evolution from their earlier work. The band keeps its Oi! and streetpunk roots, but the sound is heavier and incorporates a stronger hardcore/Oi!-core influence. Some reviews from the time specifically highlighted this evolution from the more classic sound of their early records.
